The AS300 Wastewater Filtration System is designed to filter wastewater generated during asbestos decontamination processes, helping capture asbestos-containing particulates before discharge or collection.
Contaminated wastewater is passed through a three-stage filtration process, progressively removing debris and fine particles. The filtration stages consist of a 220 µm pre-filter, followed by a 50 µm fine filter, and finally a 1 µm fine filter to capture smaller contaminants typically present in decontamination wastewater.
A built-in manometer continuously monitors filter condition, allowing operators to quickly identify when filter cartridges require replacement.
The entire filtration system is housed within a durable powder-coated aluminium enclosure, designed for demanding site environments and equipped with standard GEKA hose connections for quick integration with decontamination units.
Integrated pumping and mobility features allow the AS300 to operate as a reliable wastewater filtration solution for asbestos removal and hazardous material decontamination operations.
An optional 5-metre suction hose with integrated proximity sensor is available, enabling automatic ON/OFF switching when water is detected in the hose.
