The deconta SMART-DOOR 1000 is a reusable professional containment entrance designed for contractors who need to isolate work areas quickly, consistently and without modifying the existing building.

Instead of rebuilding an entrance from timber, plastic sheeting, tape and zipper doors for every project, the SMART-DOOR can be transported to site, installed at an existing doorway, used for the job, cleaned, folded down and taken to the next project.

The rigid door is spring-assisted to self-close and held shut magnetically, helping keep the containment entrance closed as workers move in and out.

Designed for professional remediation and hazardous-dust applications, the SMART-DOOR also incorporates controlled air-supply points, provision for connection to a negative pressure unit, and compatibility with the deconta SMART-LINE personnel decontamination system.

The deconta SMART-DOOR 1000 is designed to replace the temporary containment entrances contractors repeatedly build from timber, plastic sheeting, tape and zipper doors.

Once installed at an existing doorway, the rigid spring-assisted self-closing door automatically returns toward the closed position and is held shut magnetically, helping maintain a controlled entrance as workers move in and out of the containment area.

The SMART-DOOR also incorporates self-closing air-supply flaps and provision for connection to a compatible negative pressure unit, allowing it to form part of a properly managed negative-pressure containment setup rather than acting as a simple physical dust barrier.

One of its biggest advantages is reusability. After the project, the system can be cleaned, folded down, transported and deployed again on the next site instead of being demolished and rebuilt.
