Manufactured from durable 200µm (0.2mm) polyethylene, this medium impact builders plastic provides a practical balance of strength, flexibility and value for everyday professional construction and site-protection applications.
Each roll measures 4 metres wide × 50 metres long, providing approximately 200m² of coverage. The film is folded to approximately 2 metres wide for easier transport, handling and storage, then opens to its full 4 metre width during installation.
Medium impact film is a practical choice for general construction and protection applications where the additional impact resistance of a High Impact grade is not required.

Medium impact builders film, also commonly known as builders plastic, black polythene sheeting, polyethylene builders film or concrete underlay plastic, is heavy duty plastic sheeting manufactured for general construction and site-protection applications.
The 200 micron thickness provides a durable barrier for applications such as concrete underlay, moisture control, floor protection and ground covering while remaining practical for everyday professional use.
4m x 50m Builders Plastic
Each roll opens to a full 4 metre width and runs for 50 metres, providing approximately 200 square metres of coverage.
For easier storage, handling and transport, the 4 metre film is folded to approximately 2 metres wide before being rolled.
This makes the large-format sheet considerably easier to move around a construction site while still providing wide coverage once unfolded.
Medium Impact Builders Film for Concrete Underlay

Important UV Exposure Information
This black builders film is not UV stabilised and is not designed for prolonged outdoor exposure.
Extended exposure to direct sunlight and ultraviolet radiation may cause polyethylene film to weaken, become brittle or deteriorate over time.
For outdoor applications, use the film only as a temporary protective covering unless additional UV protection is provided.
